Program Notice

The World Trade Center Health Program has been made aware of some calls to members from unidentified persons claiming to be from the Program. The Program is investigating these reports. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from the Program that you suspect may not be authentic, hang up and call the Program call center at 1-888-982-4748 immediately to report the incident.


Please Note: The Program will never offer you money or gift cards for completing a survey, or ask you for a payment.

The WTC Health Program will report fraudulent conduct to federal law enforcement agencies and violators may be subject to criminal, civil, or administrative penalties.
